25 years ago, the surroundings of Avenida Chucri Zaidan and Marginal Pinheiros were marked by large blocks that were deteriorated, uninhabited and isolated from their surroundings, a legacy of the neighborhood's industrial past.

The buildings have an urban volumetry on a pedestrian scale, providing a pleasant experience both for residents and for those who walk the streets.
The front façade receives a sculpture over 30m high, making up the set of the two towers.
In addition to residential use, next to Avenida Santo Amaro and with independent access, there is a commercial building with three floors.
On the facades there is a white precast concrete lace that reorganizes all the openings and marks the identity of the set.
Its architectural identity is marked by dynamic lines on the alternating terraces, which results in a tower with contemporary volumetry.
Located between Av. dos Eucaliptos and Rua Arapanés, this project originates from an “L” shaped plot
