The project is located in Vila Nova Conceição, with access from three streets: Av. Santo Amaro, Rua Bastos Pereira and Rua Januário Miráglia, which is 80 m in front of a single-family residential area, that is, it has a view of treetops, roofs of houses and, in the background, Ibirapuera Park.
