The project comprises a commercial building superimposed on a residential building; the first is positioned parallel to the street and the other perpendicular to it, mainly due to adequate sunlight for each use.

The implantation of the buildings is based on the creation of a large void, the park, which takes place diagonally across the lot, being the axis of connectivity for the entire project.
The placement of four buildings, embracing a large private square of 1.000 m², ensures that none of the buildings obstructs the view of the other.
