Ayra Vila Madalena

Ayra Vila Madalena is a development located on the corner of Rua Luminárias and Rua João Alberto Moreira, a few blocks from the Vila Madalena subway, in the Pinheiros neighborhood, in São Paulo.

Its architectural identity is marked by dynamic lines on the alternating terraces, which results in a tower with contemporary volumetry. The basement has stores along the sidewalks and a volume marked with linear flower pots and high-performance glass that promote better environmental quality to commercial slabs.

The tower has 36 floors and a leisure area with a privileged view, located on the roof over 110 m high. The materials used are exposed concrete, generous frames and metal railing with glass.
