Vinci

The Vinci is located on Av. Sabiá, in the neighborhood of Moema in São Paulo-SP and has
03 different developments on a plot of 2083m².

The place is already a point of reference in the neighborhood, where Pizzeria Speranza has been operating since 1958. Over the commercial point, 02 high standard residential buildings were built, distinguished by the size of the apartments. To compose the visual unity of the set, the pizzeria has its façade reformulated and, through a large glass skin, reveals a tree-lined patio in the background.

The leisure area of ​​the larger residential has a different view, as it is approximately 40m above street level, as its area was projected onto the roof slab of the smaller volume, where the Studio apartments are located.

The front façade receives a sculpture over 30m high, it makes up the set of the two towers and adds even more value to this already traditional spot.

The materials used are exposed concrete, white and gray mass, large aluminum and glass frames.
