Golf Gardens

The Jardins do Golf condominium is located in the Riviera de São Lourenço subdivision, in Bertioga, on the coast of São Paulo, next to the existing Golf Club.

The concept adopted in the project starts from the organization of the house around a central courtyard. On the lower floor are the service and social areas and on the upper floor is the intimate area next to a leisure terrace, all overlooking the preserved forest and this internal courtyard of the house.

The language explored a simple volumetry with contemporary lines. There are 50 houses and the sizes of the houses vary from 250 m² to 550 m² may still be unified.
