HL 746

HL 746 is a residential building, located at Rua Horácio Lafer, 746, in the Itaim neighborhood, facing Parque do Povo, 5 minutes from Shopping JK Iguatemi.

In addition to the privileged location, another highlight are the permanent views of the Park and the horizontal neighborhood on the other side of the Morumbi river, guaranteeing a view of a large tree mass, difficult to find in the city.
The building has one apartment per floor, it was implanted in such a way as to allow all bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms to contemplate this view. The façade of the living room was tilted in relation to the bedrooms to seek a view of the empty axis of Marginal Pinheiros.

The building explores vertical concrete walls that fold into the roof, characterizing the crowning of the building. The floors are marked horizontally with gently sloping terraces covered in porcelain tiles with movable sunshades. Bringing an elegant and unique movement to the façade On the rear façade, we explored vertical metallic brises with horizontal openings that bring the feeling of a single plane mimicking the openings in the service area, kitchen and bathrooms.

The materials explored are exposed concrete, NBK porcelain, metallic sunshades, large aluminum and glass frames, together bringing refinement to the project.

HL 476 has 16 floors with duplex coverage, with an indoor pool, gym and ballroom.
