Bellis is a residential building located on Rua Dina, a quiet street parallel to Avenida Santo Amaro and a few blocks from Ibirapuera Park, in São Paulo.

It presents an architecture marked by the slenderness of straight lines with elegant proportions, composed of generous terraces facing the east facade/sunrise, resulting in a minimalist and contemporary volumetry.

The tower has 18 floors with 01 apartment per floor and an area of ​​approximately 162m². Its identity is marked by planters that demarcate the facade composed of basic materials such as exposed concrete, generous frames, mass and metal railing.
