Itaim Arches

Arcos Itaim is a residential building, located on Rua Doutor Fadlo Haidar, in a privileged area in the heart of Itaim, close to Parque do Povo, JK Iguatemi and São Paulo Corporate Towers.

It features a slender architecture with elegant proportions, made up of simple designs with angled terraces and arched edges, resulting in a bold and contemporary volumetry.

The tower has 27 standard floors and 2 apartments per floor with an area of ​​approximately 154m². In addition to the curved facades, its identity is marked by basic materials such as wood, stone, mass and glass.
