Sky Pinheiros

Located at the intersection of Cardeal Arcoverde and Arruda Alvim streets in the Pinheiros neighborhood, São Paulo-SP, the mixed-use building rises from the corner.

The layout of the building in the form of a blade with an inflection and several units per floor provides views from all sides. The views are now turned to the neighborhood of Pinheiros, Pacaembu with vast trees and the spur of Avenida Paulista.

A fruition that connects the streets and crosses the projection of the building on the ground floor – through a void in the volume that forms a covered atrium with a ceiling height equivalent to 6 floors – encourages pedestrian circulation, gives life to the complex and promotes access to the building . The presence of non-residential use gives the complex a plural character. Four stores facing the streets with open access to the population, added to the wide sidewalks, bring quality to the interaction between the building and the public space.
