TEOEMP – Largo da Batata

A point of convergence for large avenues, densely served by public transport such as the subway, train and bus, Largo da Batata was characterized as a strategic point for the insertion of this new commercial enterprise in the city. On the corner of Rua dos Pinheiros and Rua Claudio Soares, facing the new revitalized square in the neighborhood is TEOEMP.

The design principle is inspired by the unique condition of the lot, we worked with a continuous curved facade along the corner, generating a qualification of the surroundings due to the generous setback. The facade has several types of glass, creating diversity in its composition.

The “L”-shaped slab is protected by a curved skin that forms a central atrium, the building has 14 corporate floors with approximately 960 m² of area, all with a panoramic view of the urban void of the city.
