Rebouças 3535

This commercial building is located on Avenida Rebouças, between Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima and Shopping Eldorado, in a stretch that stands out for its easy access and the presence of century-old trees along the sidewalks.

The design principle explores a linear volume, marked by glass that reflects the trees on the outside, almost mimicking the architecture with its surroundings, in addition to bringing a large amount of natural light to the internal corporate environment. Still thinking about the quality of the work environment, terraces were created on all floors, in addition to a garden at the back of the lot that received a large artistic mural.

Altogether, it is 10 m high, has 03 floors with slabs ranging from 765 to 820 m² and also has vegetation on the rooftop, transforming the area into a pleasant place to socialize.
