Serramar Parque Shopping is located in a new axis of development in the city, facing a high-traffic road and 600 meters from the sea.

The concept of an open space integrated with nature was adopted, with a more open ground floor and wooded internal patios. The store blocks were laid out in an irregular and angled shape, free from each other, allowing for natural ventilation and more dynamic circulation. We opted for no air conditioning in the corridors, only mechanical fans to enhance air circulation, and we used bamboo shades to better shade and protect the circulation areas, limiting air conditioning to the food court and stores.

In order to favor the panoramic view of Serra do Mar, the food court opens outside the mall, consisting of a closed area with transparent glass and an external deck, which allows a pleasant contemplation space for the mountains, and also for a stream. .
