SAO – INTERNATIONAL SQUARE – Quality inn Hotel

The SAO – INTERNATIONAL SQUARE – Quality inn Hotel is located close to the Anchieta and Imigrantes highways, in the city of São Caetano do Sul, with easy access to the main airports in the State and the port of Santos, and also to the Rodoanel Sul, which connects to region to several highways.

The project is based on the concept of an open block, with peripheral occupation, that is, the buildings occupy the perimeter of the land and the central area of ​​the land is characterized by a large void, occupied by a 4.000 m semi-public square² with green spaces, living and commercial areas, which are accessed by all streets, bringing vitality and connectivity to the neighborhood. The composition of the façade explored the concept of large panels of different heights and thicknesses, marking horizontal elements.
