/Safra Paulista

Located on Av. Paulista, on the corner of Alameda Campinas, inserted in a central square, and one of the most important on the Avenue, along with the Paulicéia Building, Matarazzo Tower – Current Banco do Brasil Headquarters, Shopping Cidade São Paulo, Sudameris Building and Citibank Bank Building.

The building is made up of two volumes, one of glass, which makes a reference to the corner, bringing the curved volume at the corner, and a stone volume that contrasts with the neighboring building. The building's curve also appears in the base of the tower, when the façade touches the ground, also referring to Burle Marx's sidewalk that was preserved in Alameda Campinas.

At the base, a large shop opens onto a “terrace” and joins the Avenida Paulista. Along Alameda Campinas we have a continuous garden that has a more preserved access, next to the garden we have a boulevard that gives access to the hall. Another highlight is the ground floor's impotent ceiling height of approximately 12m.
Consisting of eight standard floors, the slabs have an area of 830 m2. The roof has a ceiling height of 7,20 m and can count on an uncovered terrace, a tree-lined rooftop.
