Porto Maravilha Corporate

Porto Maravilha Corporate is located in the urban revitalization perimeter of the port region of the city of Rio de Janeiro. It will be served by new public transport, such as the BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) and the VLT (Light Rail Vehicle), in addition to the implementation of new roads and viaducts, making the neighborhood one of the most accessible regions of the city.

The project's starting point is defined by the composition of two towers that visually appear to be a single tower, marking the complex as a complex with a strong identity and presence in the city. The void between the towers, characterized by the walkway that joins them on the roof, creates a framework for the landscape of Rio de Janeiro, bringing great visibility from the visual axes of arrival at the development.

The building embodies all the characteristics of a Triple A and will seek international certifications.
