E-Tower

The E-Tower is located in Vila Olimpia next to Shopping JK Iguatemi, next to Parque do Povo. It was one of the pioneering Triple A buildings in the region.

The office building was developed with three standard plans of different dimensions, featuring a staggering that took place from three variables: elevator zoning, optimization of fire escapes, and most importantly, the integration of the building in the urban context.

The program also includes a gym, restaurant, cafeteria and helipad, located 145m above the ground. A tree-lined square welcomes those who arrive at the building, next to it, a large reflecting pool draws attention. The lobby, which also gives access to the reception, elevators and auditorium, has double height and its vertical windows offer a view of the side garden.

Low-maintenance and highly durable materials were used in the composition of the building, such as granite and high-performance glass, aluminum frames and aluminum and wood coatings, which guarantee a full identity to the building in all common areas.
