/São Paulo Corporate Towers

The Project was developed in partnership between Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and aflalo/gasperini architects, which was responsible for the feasibility study, tropicalization and technical development of the project.
Located in Vila Olímpia, it has entrances on the avenues Juscelino Kubistchek, Chedid Jafet and Rua Funchal, making it an easily accessible development; Next to Parque do Povo, the buildings have a clear view of the axis of the Pinheiros River and can be seen from all angles.
Its large plot has more than 19.000 m² of green, with native trees preserved for years, which guided the entire landscaping project. In it are two corporate towers, twisted, forming a dynamic composition in the urban landscape; an amenities building, which houses the convention center, restaurant and cafeteria, which are incorporated into a staggered basement covered by gardens; and a technical building, where the equipment and power generation plant are located.
The project is Leed Platinum 3.0 pre-certified thanks to the efficient management of energy, water, and the well-being of users.
