/Rochaverá Corporate Towers

The Rochaverá Corporate Towers complex has a privileged location in the city's new urban development axis, the Berrini – Chucri Zaidan axis, in the south zone of São Paulo.

The design of the project since its implementation seeks integration with the city. The buildings are arranged on the terrain's diagonals, in order to create a central square and three adjacent squares next to public roads, thus delimiting semi-public spaces, all open to the city, without railings. The complex has its own electricity cogeneration system, capable of supplying 100% of the load uninterruptedly.

Rochaverá Corporate Towers was the first building in South America to obtain the LEED Gold certification given by the USGBC.
