Six residential and mixed-use projects from the office that were published in Monolito Magazine, in its 2022 edition, “Novo Morar Urbano”.

The magazine presents how the paradigm shift, adopted from the new Strategic Master Plan of São Paulo, approved in 2014, reverberated in contemporary architecture, prioritizing pedestrian appreciation, encouraging mixed use and densification around public transport.

The main article also highlights two projects signed by aflalo/gasperini architects: Faceces Jardins and the White 2880.
