O kennedy square, located in the center of Indaiatuba-SP, will be a mixed-use vertical condominium with two buildings – one for commercial use, hotel and flat, and the other for residential use. Placed perpendicularly, they form a square for semi-public use, with green areas, shops and a bandstand inside the block.

There will be 55.106 m² of built area. The commercial tower will have 20 floors, the residential tower will have 18 floors, with apartments ranging from 63,50 m² to 212,19 m², two swimming pools, games room and playroom. On the ground floor, the hotel's restaurant, six stores, the convention center and the square will be installed. On one level above will be the ballroom and another commercial area with approximately 865 m².
