Valongo Brazil – Ibis Hotel

The Valongo Brasil – Ibis Hotel building is located at the entrance to the city, assuming a prominent position for everyone arriving in Santos.

The mixed-use program for the building, Hotel and Offices, allows it to have day and night life every day, depending on the alternate hours of use, catering to the working public and those who come for tourism.

The project was conceived in two 'wings' oriented to maximize views of the mountains and the port of Santos channel. This concept of integration with the surroundings and the city is characterized throughout the project; on the ground floor, the shops open directly onto the street; on the floors, the elevator halls have openings with natural lighting allowing for different perspectives of the city.

The contemporary architecture of the project contributes to the transformation of the port area, representing the new center of Santos.
