Urbanity is located on Marginal do Rio Pinheiros, one of the busiest roads in São Paulo and an important axis of the municipality, in a position of great visibility for the development.

The mixed-use project consists of two buildings, a corporate building with greater presence along the Marginal, and a more sheltered residential building, set back fifty meters from the road; both are connected by a basement of commercial rooms. This composition of different interconnected volumes, added to the language demarcated by frames that surround them separately, brings a contemporary identity to the set. All have a view of the large arboreal mass of Burle Marx Park, located on the other side of the river.

On the ground floor, the project has shops and a large promenade, from where you have access to all the different uses with different entrances. The large setback made it possible to create an access square to the complex, open to the neighborhood and connected to a strip of permeable green area along the entire front of the waterfront, filtering both its visual and sound impact, bringing more tranquility to the internal space and a pleasant landscape in the foreground.

The project has corporate floors ranging from 430m² to 590m², apartments from 44m² to 134m² and commercial rooms measuring 36m².
