Geometry

The Geometria residential building is located on Rua Elvira Ferraz, a side street from Av. Faria Lima, an important thoroughfare in São Paulo.

The implantation of the building in the diagonal of the land sought to favor the best view, as well as the best insolation for the environments, resulting in a strong volumetric presence in this main avenue. The apartments, one per floor, have rooms facing Faria Lima and the bedrooms, set back 15 meters from the sidewalk, overlook the quieter local street.

The architectural approach sought to compose two overlapping volumes, a more regular one at the bottom, and a volume with curves on the terrace at the top, favoring the view of the urban void.
