Art Design

Design Arte is a residential building with a privileged location, on the corner of a tree-lined and quiet street next to a commercial street full of services and facilities in the Jardins district of São Paulo.

In the implementation of this building, with one apartment per floor, an attempt was made to favor the view of a large urban void, so we have the part of the rooms located facing Rua Batataes, and the bedrooms facing Rua Pamplona, ​​set back more than 30 meters, ensuring privacy and good lighting.

The architectural proposal is composed of two misaligned volumes surrounded by different materials and heights. These large “boxes” highlight the social part of the intimate, resulting in a slit between them through which the entrance gallery of the apartments is illuminated – bringing light and views to those who enter them.
